After completing an Art Foundation course in 2013, I graduated from Falmouth University with a first class degree in Film in 2016 and a Masters in Film and Television in 2017.
At university I specialised in journalism and producing, and since remaining in Cornwall to live and work, I have worked as producer, production manager and editor on several short dramas and feature films. For my own work I have been commissioned by BBC Arts and Arts Council England as part of the New Creatives scheme, and by The Hypatia Trust for my documentary work. I have also worked in set design, location management, production management, directing and cinematography.
Whilst film and TV occupies most of my mind, I manage Talula Cup UK, a women's menstrual health business based in Cornwall, and I have worked with children in various primary schools, teaching them the crafts I enjoys at home; creative writing, pottery and photography. I am currently working as a freelance filmmaker and writer, building my own pattern collection, creating and selling wrapping paper and cards, and I've nearly finished a children's book.
